Corsets

Corsets used to be worn as underwear, however, today they are increasingly worn as a versatile piece of outerwear and clients frequently choose them as part of their wedding outfit.

A corset – or boned bodice - can be as plain or fancy as you please and there are numerous ways to vary traditional or more contemporary styles.  The photographs featured here provide just a few examples.

They are ideally suited for the fuller figure but can also be padded for women who wish to enhance their bustline.  Corsets can be worn with a jacket or shrug for the wedding service and on their own for an evening party.  Corsets also look good worn with jeans after the event.

Made-to-measure corsets start from £250 and feature steel boning.
